TCKC is putting on a "spring jamboree" the weekend the 23rd. This will be a spin off of the great Pumpkin race. Great chance to bring out your friends and family that would like to see what it's like out on the track! Saturday is planned to be a normal practice day with a session during each rotation for "1st timers". It will be a great time to get someone in a kart that hasn't been on the track before without the pressure of all the other karts around. Sunday we will have fun races (no electronic scoring) including the following: Kid Karts Powder puff (if we have enough ladies to do so) 1st timers JR Australian pursuit (Split up by 2/4 cycle if Kart count requires) SR Australian pursuit (Split up by 2/4 cycle if Kart count requires) If you have any more questions, please feel free to contact a board member listed in the contacts section of our website. Hope you see you all out there!!

Everyone will run 15-20 laps and are handicapped according to their lap time on their Mychron. Example World Formula driver runs a 44 second lap and Rotax runs 40 second lap. 4 second difference x number laps 15 = 60 seconds World Formula will leave the pit and the and the Rotax will have to wait 60 seconds before leaving the pit. If each driver runs right on their times they should both finish at the same time. the more karts on the track more difficult it is to be consistent and finish at the same time.

shifters included? im sure it all depends on number of karts...
do you have a rough idea on start times for the day?

Absolutely shifters are included. Start time not set in stone. We will probably start practice about 9a.m. and then start the fun races 11ish. If the racing gets done early then we will just have open practice the rest of the day.
