First post! Nice forums here guys. I think a few shifters and I are going to make the trip to run the night race coming up. More the merrier right! Just wanted to say hello, and I was wondering if someone could help us out with gears? What's the best set for the long track?

I run 16f and 28r... that will get u close... I'm just one of the slow guys in the back so what do I know.  . U guys will make it close to 15 total |

You should try and convince your whole club to come and race...  Our night races are great fun! 16x26 - 16x28 is about right. I've used a 26 for a couple years now and I know of at least one other that has been going between a 26 and a 27. |

You should try and convince your whole club to come and race... You know I'm really not sure how many Rocket, I think three shifters at least, Two Mods/formula and one stock. Don't know about the 4-cycle guys. Maybe more shifters, I know a few more were thinking about it. |

Just for reference, weights are #385/Stock and #410/Formula.
