Track closing work party

This weekend is our track closing work party. There is quite a bit that needs to be done so the more people we can get out there to help the better. Anybody that shows up will have their name put into the weekly drawing for a free race entry next season. We will also be cooking hamburgers and hot dogs.

We will get started at 9am rain or shine

To do list:
Bring shovels, rakes, gloves ect...just in case they are needed
Put away barriers
blow out sprinkler system & pit water system
winterize bathrooms
take down chain link & orange fencing
move sealer & paint from Rogers building to tower
check roofing on covered spectator area
prepare tower for winter
assess golf carts
scrap haul
and anything else I may have forgotten
