I am trying to race this coming race but i dont have any MG Yellow tires... Does any body have a used set?

From everything I have heard these tires are fast all the way down to the cords so I suspect that you're going to have a hard time finding anything that's got any kind of life left in them.

I am only trying to attend one race.. and i know if i use stones then ill be put in the back which is no fun...

If you're really only running one race why not just run the Bridgestones? It was my understanding that not running the spec tire would result in no championship points, however it doesn't effect your starting positions during the race day. (Just my recollection right now, I've been known to be wrong from time to time...)
That being said (or written...), what class are you running? If you can use 7.1 rears, I'll look and see if i still have an old set lying around. But as Mike pointed out, they would be pretty tired...

If you are not running the class spec tire you are allowed to race but you will lose your qualifying and race finishing positions. Which means you will have to start the heat and main from the rear of the field. It may not be a big deal if the class you are running does not have a large kart count. |
