Clean-up party to do’s
We will start about 9:00 on both Sat. the 21st and Sunday the 22nd
Do the Tumble weed burn.
All of the tumble weeds need to be thrown over the fences away from the tires and straw bales and burned.
Repair all broken sprinklers that are marked and any we find now.
Clean all of the pit area and back fence lines
Repair the fence between the pits and the spectator area.
Work on the entrance road coming up the hill (runoff damage)
Clean up behind the tech shed
Trim the trees and remove the tree roots in the hot pit area
Put all of the barriers back around the track and bolt together correctly
Smooth out and clean-up the grass area between the short track and long track turn one’s
I am sure there is more and we will have a list out at the track of all that needs to be done.
If you have rakes, pitch forks, shovels and brooms please bring them out with you. Also don’t forget gloves.
See you all Saturday and Sunday.
