The TCKC board has been trying to put together a swap meet for sometime in February but we have been having absolutely no luck finding a suitable location. We thought it would be nice for for everybody to get together before the season starts, and maybe sell some stuff you don't need and buy more stuff you don't need  Now we are reaching out to our club members. Does anybody out there have or know of a location where we could have it? We considered having it out at the track but the weather out there is usually pretty unpleasant till March. And is this something worth trying to put on? Is everybody interested in having a swap meet? Feedback and ideas will be greatly appreciated. |

I am very interested in attending the swap meet. I have several odds and ends that I need to aquire before the season starts. I need a larger seat, full width rear bumper, and several other parts. Really hoping you guys can put this together so I dont have to go buy everything new.

What size of building/area are you looking for? Can't say for sure but I'm guessing 3000-4000 square feet minimum. It would all depend on how many vendors we have. The last one we had many years ago was in what is now Baxter auto parts in kennewick. Not sure how big that place is but we had plenty of extra room. |

I've put out some feelers to some of my contacts to help find space. If I hear anything in the next couple days I'll contact one of the Board members. I have a co-worker that has a 10k foot warehouse space, but unfortunately it's still being built...  |
