Can't seem to get my son's kart running. Won't run unless the choke is on. Engine dies immediately when choke is off or throttle is depressed even when it's just a tiny bit. Was told it's sucking air. To eliminate some problems I bought new crank seals, but what is the trick to getting the small flywheel and clutch hub off? Or any other ideas would be greatly appreciated.
I've checked the easy stuff. Good fuel delivery from gas tank and fuel screen is clear inside carb. I took it all apart anyways and cleaned it out. Looks like the gaskets and seals are in good shape. Also took of the intake and checked it and the gasket for cracks. Also looks like it's in good shape.

Check your carburetor super close. 9 times out of 10 those carbs develop some hair line cracks that will drive you crazy. I have been through this before. Those carbs are notorious for breaking.
