IKF has changed the rule on Jr 1 Animal restrictor plates and will now only allow plates purchased from American Power Sports, they must have APS stamped on them. The old Horstman plates will no longer be allowed.
TCKC will not make the new APS plates mandatory for club events. We will allow both the Horstman and APS plates. Normal tech procedures will still apply.
Any racer that plans on running Gold Cup or Grand National events will need the new plates.
